Battle Area Community Transport held its Annual Charity Golf Tournament on 7th October at Sedlescombe Golf Course this year. It was sponsored by Furness Controls of Bexhill and raised £1,901 overall which is for the running of BACT bus
services around Battle, Ticehurst and the surrounding villages.
Thirty two players competed for team and individual prizes in a Stableford format.
Our special thanks go to our main sponsor, Terry Furness for making all of this possible, also to Dan Dale, and his staff at the Sedlescombe Golf Course who hosted this fund-raising event again this year. They ensured all went smoothly and
looked after the visiting teams admirably, along with the event organisers, Colin Harmer, and Geoff Sharman, Val Greenwood and Les Foreman for assisting on the day.
